No. 27/2020/QĐ-TTg regarding the list of imported
goods prohibited for sending into Bonded warehouse
On September 21, 2020, the Prime Minister promulgates the Decision No. 27/2020/QĐ-TTg regarding the list of imported goods will be prevented from being sent to bonded warehouse.
Accordingly, 02 types of imported goods are not allowed to be deposited into
bonded warehouses, including:
-Cigarettes containing tobacco with trade
mark 555, Esse, not
of Vietnam
origin, Hs code
24.02.20
-Whiskey with capacity greater than 50ml
and not of Vietnam
origin - Hs
code
22.08.30.00.
This Circular takes effect from November 15, 2020.
